This is what you will do with us

• Support customers in identifying and prioritizing goals regarding file data and information structure
• Configure and implement our software in complex IT environments
• Lead workshops, analyze data, and visualize insights that drive change
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities
• Provide feedback to our development team and shape future solutions
• Work broadly – from data migration and access management to data protection and sustainability

Your team and workplace

You will be part of a competent and international team of architects, with colleagues in Sweden, Poland, and Japan. We are a total of 15 people, with a culture characterized by diversity, openness, and community. If you, like us, are curious about new technology, there is an opportunity to explore and contribute your expertise in areas such as AI and ML. You will report to Lee Taylor, who is a present and supportive manager.

More about you

To thrive in this role, you have the ability and interest to focus on the customer. You easily adapt your communication to the technical level of the recipient. You are solution-oriented and keep yourself updated on the technical developments in your field. Furthermore, you apply your technical skills and take the initiative for improvements.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in a technical and consultative role within IT
• Basic experience with Windows networks, NTFS permissions, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with SQL Management Studio or equivalent tools
• Written simple PowerShell scripts to streamline recurring tasks
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have knowledge in data analysis, information or cybersecurity, AI, ML, data protection, compliance, and working in larger organizations with multiple stakeholders.
